I live in the desert so therefore I LOVE RAIN! {Especially the chance to use an umbrella and wear rain boots!} Funny how I had plans to take pictures of a quilt outside today but Mother Nature had another plan for me instead!
I love the beautiful dark and golden sky in the middle of the day!
I love seeing raindrops on everything! {What do you think these rain drops are on?}
Rain on leaves in the trees!
Rain on the grass in my yard.
Especially rain on the roses in my garden!
They just love this delicious treat!
I love the wet views found outside my window on a rainy day.
I'm happy when I spot a snail running {in his own slow way} for cover from the storm!
I just LOVE hearing the pattering of rain outside on days like this... and the gentle sound of my rain chime.
So while others might say "Rain rain go away, come again another day". I will say "Rain rain come today and stay again another day"! Yes I enjoyed the booming thunder, bolts of lightening and pouring rainstorm we had yesterday and was more than HAPPY to be woken up at 3 AM to more wonderful rain today!
So now I must leave you to your computer or work or fun or whatever... I am going out to play in the rain! First you need to tell me... what are your thoughts about rain? I really want to know!

ReplyDeleteWe have learned to appreciate rain in the desert. But I would have a hard time living somewhere that rained all the time. I've done it...and I don't want to go back.
