Right here in the middle of Las Vegas is the Gilcrease Orchard.
It's been here for generations when it used to be outside of town.
The growing city might have surrounded it but the small town feel is still there.

I had the chance to go over on Saturday and was pleasantly surprised!
They are open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The sweet juicy taste of freshly picked APRICOTS is better than candy!

DeleteGilcrest is one of my faves! Great shoots there :-) Our favorite is going when it's pumpkin season because of all the patches of orange and tall stalks. It's just gorgeous.
