Meet the newest star on the Las Vegas Strip,  My favorite place for a delicious treat is Pinkberry!  Today was the free Open House where they shared their "swirly goodness" with the people of Las Vegas for the first time ever.  Tomorrow they open to the public.  Yes it's been years in the works and couldn't come soon enough for the true Pinkberry fans, who have had to drive to California just for a taste.

This picture was actually taken at my table and just look at my view.   I had a front row seat to some great people watching on The Las Vegas Strip and it doesn't get much better than that!

At Pinkberry you can get your "swirl on" in 8 delicious flavors!  The newest Las Vegas location is their largest store in the World!   Because of the size of the store, you can find more flavors than any other Pinkberry and even a favorite flavor that isn't available at any of their other locations anymore.  My two favorite flavors are Pomegranate and Coconut so I just had to swirl them both.  Be sure to try their newest flavor of Chocolate/Hazelnut if you want to get your chocolate fix, in a good way!

At Pinkberry great customer service is part of the experience.  You can sample any or all of the flavors, before you decide.  That's the easy part.  The hardest part is choosing from the many delectable toppings!  I will tell you that it is the ONLY frozen yogurt that I will ever eat.  OK I might be a food snob but...  I've tried so many other stores and had to throw most of them away after just one bite.  I don't like the really super sweet or creamy ones and at Pinkberry theirs is light and tart and fresh tasting.

I noticed this display and am getting one when I go back tomorrow.  I f you buy this tote bag then Pinkberry will make a donation to feed the children.   Each bag will contribute 10 school lunches to children in need and you go home with a cool bag to use everyday!

The first (hopefully of many) and only Pinkberry in Las Vegas, is located right on the Strip in front of the Mandarin Oriental in City Center.  Currently their hours are 10am to 10pm (to 11pm on weekends) 7 days a week.  They have a van that delivers for catering at office, school, charity, wedding, parties, or any other event you might have.  Pinkberry does offer to-go items (with online ordering) and I heard a rumor that they might have a curbside pick-up up around at the back for picking your things up at this location as well!

When eating a Pinkberry I never leave even a single drop.  I savor every single bite!  Oh and make sure you take a picture of your own unique "swirly" creation and post it on twitter and mention @Pinkberry or  @Pinkberrylv and you might just see them share your picture online too!  So by now you have realized that I am a true fan of Pinkberry and I want to know what you think.  Have you ever been able to get your "swirl on" at a Pinkberry?  If so then what is your favorite flavor and topping?  If not then what are you waiting for?
