Pumpkin Table Runner {Sewing}

I love Autumn, Orange, Pumpkins and with a few simple rectangles of fabric...

You can make a Pumpkin Table Runner for your Autumn table.

I love how the runner has Pumpkins sewn with stems facing each direction so you can see the stems on either side.

I've finished it off with hand stitching on top for a handmade touch.

I have also made Pumpkin Placemats by just sewing three pumpkins together and putting the stems all on the same side.

Hope you enjoyed seeing them.

While a friend showed me these from a simple paper pattern,
I have recently found out that the original designer of these darling pumpkin runners was
a company called Farmyard Creations which is now Sweetwater.
She has patterns available.

I have enjoyed making these for years and giving them to family and friends.

The quilting step is not mandatory but does give your pumpkin that finishing and handmade touch.

It's as simple as that!  There you have it, a tablerunner or placemat for your Autumn table.

My favorite thing about Autumn is definitely pumpkins and I use this theme in decorating during October/November.  What do you decorate with in your home to give it that Autumn feel?

  8. Sorry everyone. Unfortunately I receive many requests each week for this and the snowman pattern. As I said before, a woman contacted me and said this was her pattern but she does not have it available to purchase anymore. When I originally posted this I had no idea so I took out the measurements and directions from my blog post. I didn't want any trouble from her but I do feel bad that no one can get it from her anymore.

  11. The pattern for the snowman was available on Etsy last month because I bought one. Looks like the only thing available now is a kit.
